The NUI has ancient origins dating back to 1845. Just a 5 minute walk from Galway city centre, this is the Irish campus everyone is looking for. Students stay inside the Corrib Village in flats with en-suite facilities in single and twin rooms. A modern campus with a fantastic sports hall with swimming pool, basketball court, a gym and an outdoor athletics track. There are also 16 restaurants and coffee shops on campus and a beautiful lecture theatre which is the hub of our social activities.
