The development model we propose is that of a company that positions itself in the market as a bearer of morally elevated values, such as full compliance with the law, respect for the workers who drive it, and fair competition with other organizations operating in the same field. MLA is therefore founded on the values of democracy, equality, fairness, and solidarity, and commits itself to observing this code of conduct in all its actions, whether internal or directed toward the outside world.<\/p>

Trust<\/strong><\/p>

MLA cannot succeed without the mutual trust of all those who contribute their efforts every day. Trust is based on a shared mission and on everyone’s respect for the values and provisions of this Code: each individual therefore commits to strictly observing it.<\/p>

Human Resources<\/strong><\/p>

The development of human resources, respect for their autonomy, and encouragement based on their participation in company decisions are fundamental principles for MLA’s management, which arranges refresher and training programs designed to enhance specific professional skills and to preserve and grow the competencies acquired over the course of the collaboration. At MLA, an employee is evaluated not solely on their credentials but on their abilities; continuous learning and teamwork are the foundation of the company’s activity, which promotes the results achieved and the sharing of merit.<\/p>

Honesty<\/strong><\/p>

MLA must ensure that its representatives and collaborators are aware of the ethical significance of their actions and do not pursue personal or corporate gain at the expense of compliance with the laws in force.<\/p>

Transparency<\/strong><\/p>

MLA must ensure that its representatives and collaborators convey the company’s image with clarity, integrity, and diligence in all their dealings, and that they facilitate its understanding. To this end, the most complete and transparent information possible is provided regarding the guidelines of the company’s activity.<\/p>

Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>

MLA must ensure that its representatives and collaborators protect the confidentiality of personal data contained both in databases and in personal archives, and must work to ensure that all obligations set out by current privacy regulations are met. The processing of the data collected will be directed exclusively toward MLA’s fulfillment of the purposes pertaining to the specific exercise of its activity.<\/p>

Quality Orientation<\/strong><\/p>

MLA orients its activity toward the satisfaction and protection of its clients, listening to requests that can help improve the quality of its products and services. For this reason, it directs its research, development, and service-provision activities according to high quality standards.<\/p>

Impartiality<\/strong><\/p>

MLA must ensure that its representatives act with regard to the concrete circumstances, without engaging in discriminatory, opportunistic, or defamatory conduct. MLA undertakes not to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, political opinion, or disability.<\/p>

Health and Safety in the Workplace<\/strong><\/p>

MLA must ensure that its representatives and collaborators adopt all safety measures required by technological developments, and works to guarantee the physical integrity and moral dignity of its workers.<\/p>
