We are currently living through some extraordinary times, where all of us are experiencing significant changes to our everyday lives.

 

Following Government guidelines, MLA has temporarily closed our offices in order to help stop the spread of Covid-19.

 

We understand that many of you will be facing a difficult and uncertain time ahead. Our students and partners are very important to us and we would like to assure you that we will be here to offer whatever support we are able. Staff will be working from home and will continue to be on hand to answer any questions you may have and deal with any enquiries with regards to current and future bookings.

MLA REST ASSURED POLICY

 

Should the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to impact the sales and bookings for 2021, the MLA Rest Assured Policy will supersede the information within the MLA Terms and Conditions found in the Agent Price List Juniors 2021.

 

Since the beginning of MLA in 1976 we have always considered the safety and wellbeing of our students as our number one priority.

 

As the travel and study abroad industry has evolved over the years and faced new challenges, our company did the same and advanced to meet the needs of our students, agents, group leaders, and of course their families.

 

To demonstrate our commitment to lead the industry in providing the best programmes, we are pleased to introduce our MLA Rest Assured Policy for COVID-19.

 

• Up until the date of arrival – Any student who have contracted COVID-19, will be issued a 100% refund in the form of a Credit Note to the Agent to be used for any MLA 2021 programme – with proof by way of a medical certificate.
• Up until the date of arrival – Any student whose immediate family (first degree relatives) contracted COVID-19, will be issued a 100% refund in the form of a Credit Note to the Agent to be used for any MLA 2022 programme – with proof by way of a medical certificate.
• Up to 50 days prior to student/group’s arrival – Agents can opt to entirely cancel their 2021 booking(s). All deposits paid by that date will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note to be used for any MLA 2022 programme.
• Up until the date of arrival – Any group leader who contracted COVID-19, will be issued a 100% refund in the form of a Credit Note to the Agent to be used for any MLA 2022 programme – with proof by way of a medical certificate.
• Up until the date of arrival – Any group impacted by official government restrictions, delimiting either exit from their country of origin or entry into their country of destination, due to COVID-19, will be issued a 100% refund in the form of a Credit Note to the Agent to be used for any MLA 2022 programme.
